Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping information is correct.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If they cannot locate it, contact us at support@quietgrovestore.com and we will assist you.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order:

If still not found, email us and we’ll help you open an investigation with the carrier.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges on unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
